Mary Richards promoted and two more join JLT Towner US

Guy Ragosta, CEO of JLT Towner US, announced today the promotion of a key executive and the addition of two professionals to the company’s captive management staff.

Mary Richards, a captive insurance industry veteran, was named executive vice president of JLT Towner US. Megan Davidson was hired as an account manager and Nancy Mutell was named administrative assistant.

A senior client manager for JLT Towner US, Richards will also oversee operations of the company’s headquarters in Vermont. Richards, who has more than a decade’s experience in the industry and a niche with risk retention groups and nonprofit captives, also had extensive experience directing the financial management functions of one of Vermont’s leading nonprofit organisations.

Davidson, a certified public accountant, has more than a decade’s worth of audit experience working for, among others, KPMG, LLP, and JMM & Associates. She also was previously a lead accountant and a finance manager. Mutell has administration, software and sales support experience, as well as captive management support experience.
