Aon appoints Maxime Manderlier as employee benefits (EB) captive manager, a role Manderlier took up in October. Manderlier describes the role as supporting multinational organisations in managing and developing their EB captive strategy, co-ordinating global and local stakeholders, overseeing renewals and captive performance, analysing financial and claims experience, and supporting governance and strategic decision-making. Manderlier moves internally, having joined Aon in June 2016 as an international people mobility consultant, based in Brussels. Before Aon, Manderlier spent four and a half years at John Hancock on the International Group Program (IGP) in Europe, latterly as IGP technical co-ordinator for Europe and previously as an account analyst. IGP is a network of life insurance companies serving the group insurance and pension needs of multinational corporations and their branches, affiliates and subsidiaries.
