Aon appoints Morgan as Guernsey domicile leader
Aon appoints Paul Morgan as domicile leader for Guernsey. Morgan joined Aon Insurance Managers (Guernsey) as an executive director in April 2026. Karly Green, global lead recruitment business partner at Aon, says: “As we continue to evolve our Captives business, Guernsey remains a key part of our future plans.” Before joining Aon, Morgan worked as an independent consultant from 2025. Morgan previously spent more than eight years at Gallagher, latterly as managing director, financial institutions, and before that held financial lines roles at Marsh and Willis.
