Carlquist joins Innovative Captive Strategies as AVP
Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) appoints Katie Carlquist as assistant vice president, consulting and management. Carlquist joins from Ryan, having spent 11 years at the firm. During that time Carlquist worked as a captive manager and, from 2020, as director of the firm's captive insurance consulting practice. Before Ryan, Carlquist was a captive manager at Artex Risk Solutions. Carlquist holds the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation. ICS, a Holmes Murphy company, is a captive insurance firm founded in 1999.
