Caroline Erdman joins Lockton's alternative risk solutions practice as a consultant, moving from Hylant. Based in Chicago, Erdman will support feasibility studies, captive programme design, governance and strategic risk financing initiatives. She will work closely with clients to evaluate and implement alternative risk and risk financing strategies. She spent more than three years at Hylant. She joined in June 2023 as a captive account manager and was captive consultant from November 2023 until her move to Lockton. Before that, Erdman interned as a financial analyst at the South Carolina Department of Insurance between 2021 and 2023. During that time she was studying finance, risk management and insurance at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business.
