Boon-Chapman appoints Jobe, promotes Henry

Boon-Chapman appoints Justin Jobe as senior vice president, sales, and promotes Jennifer Henry to senior vice president, global business process outsourcing (BPO) sales. Jobe joins the Austin-based independent third-party administrator (TPA) from ClearPoint Health, where he spent two years, most recently as partner, captive and stop-loss strategy, after an initial spell as regional vice president of sales. He previously held sales leadership roles at Crumdale Partners and 6 Degrees Health, and served as vice president, sales operations at East Texas Benefits. In his new role, he will lead national sales strategy, deepen relationships across the company's broker and consultant network, and drive growth in the self-funded market. Henry, who joined Boon-Chapman as vice president of sales in 2024, will lead the firm's global BPO sales strategy and strengthen partnerships across key markets. She was previously sales director at Benecon Group. Kari L. Niblack, president of Boon-Chapman, says: "Justin brings a rare combination of deep industry expertise, national relationships, commercial discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset that will be instrumental to our next chapter. "Justin's leadership will help us accelerate our growth, expand our impact, and redefine what's possible in delivering smarter, more flexible health plan solutions." Jobe says: "I'm excited to join Boon-Chapman at a pivotal time for the self-funded industry. What drew me here is the team's independence and genuine commitment to broker and employer partnership, not just transactional sales."
