Elizabeth Moser joins Captive Resources, the group captive consultancy. Moser was most recently vice president of enterprise project management at Crumdale Specialty, where she launched and maintained the firm’s medical group captive programme, working with the captive manager, the state insurance department, stop loss carriers and vendors on readiness and day-to-day operations. She also led the launch of Crumdale’s medical third-party administrator, standing it up in six months from claims platform selection through to first-client claims processing, and facilitated executive review and approval of medical stop loss client renewals. She joined Crumdale as a senior underwriter in 2023. Moser spent nearly two decades at Aetna and CVS Health before that, latterly as a senior project manager and previously as an underwriting technical leader. She led large group underwriting governance for Aetna Funding Advantage and supported a series of product launches. She has more than 25 years of experience across underwriting, third-party administration and captive structures for self-insured healthcare programmes, and is a member of the Captive Insurance Companies Association.
