Zurich promotes Zanichelli to group captives underwriter
Zurich promotes Joey Zanichelli to underwriter for group captives in North America. Zanichelli moves up from underwriting associate, a role held for a year and a half, having joined the insurer through its North America apprenticeship programme in 2022 and worked as a human resources specialist before moving into underwriting. Zanichelli has been with the company for four years. Zurich says it operates more than 45 group captive programmes and has more than 35 years of experience in captive insurance, offering single parent and group captive solutions across underwriting, claims and compliance.
