CIC Services appoints Tyler Lamb as manager of sales operations and underwriting. Lamb supports the captive manager’s underwriting activities and risk evaluation, and coordinates between its sales and underwriting functions. He joins from NSM Insurance Group, where he was a senior underwriter supporting American Collectors, assessing individual risks, assigning risk values, formulating rates within underwriting guidelines and managing loss ratios. Lamb worked before that as an insurance agent and trainer with AAA The Auto Club Group, and previously held roles in claims adjusting and insurance agency sales management with GEICO. He is entering his 18th year in the insurance industry and holds property, casualty, life, health and surplus lines licences.
