ClearPoint Health appoints Sasha Davis as senior vice president of health plan strategy and design. Davis leads health plan strategy and design at the alternative funded benefits marketplace, overseeing carrier partnerships, captive plan architecture and solutions across traditional and alternative funding models. Her remit covers building strategic carrier and ecosystem partnerships, health plan product strategy and the development of customised solutions for employers. She joins from Lantern, where she spent just over two years, most recently as senior director and solutions architect for health plans and partnerships, and before that as senior solutions architect for channel partners. Davis was previously a senior solutions architect at Quantum Health, and held solutions consultant roles at apree health and Castlight Health. She spent almost eight years at Cigna, latterly as a national account manager responsible for service strategy across national client benefit programmes. She began in the sector at CNIC Health Solutions, the third-party administrator for Rocky Mountain Health Plans, working with reinsurance carriers and brokers on the sales process for self-funded groups. ClearPoint Health provides a marketplace for alternative funded employee benefits including medical stop loss captives, traditional medical stop loss, level funded products and pharmacy solutions.
