The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) opens the silent auction for its annual gala, with proceeds supporting the IMAC Educational Scholarship Fund. Items up for bid include luxury travel and dining, sports, entertainment and memorabilia. The auction is open to everyone, including those not attending the gala, and bidding closes at 8pm on 12 September. Supporters can also make a direct donation to the fund through the auction page. The scholarship fund has supported young Caymanians through higher education since 1994, with the aim of building careers in the Cayman insurance industry and beyond. IMAC represents insurance managers, captive insurance companies and service providers in the Cayman Islands, acting as a link between the industry, government and the regulator.
