SRS Altitude is approved as a Lloyd’s coverholder, the alternative risk transfer underwriting arm of captive manager Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) says. The approval is supported by strategic partner Beazley and enhances the entity’s ability to bring alternative risk solutions to corporate clients and captives globally. SRS says Lloyd’s has emerged as a leading market for bespoke alternative risk solutions as corporate clients increasingly seek to retain more interconnected risks through captive structures. SRS Altitude operates as an independent entity under the SRS umbrella, specialising in alternative risk transfer solutions for corporate clients across industries. SRS operates across more than 40 domiciles including the US, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Barbados, Canada and Europe, serving insurance entities ranging from single parent captives to commercial insurers and reinsurers. Loredana Mazzoleni Neglén, chief executive officer of SRS Altitude, says: "Becoming a Lloyd's Coverholder is a significant milestone for SRS Altitude and strengthens our ability to deliver tailored alternative risk solutions backed by one of the world's leading insurance markets." Brady Young, chief executive officer of Strategic Risk Solutions, says: "This achievement reflects the strength of the SRS Altitude platform and team, and further positions SRS to support the growing demand of clients for captive solutions in the Lloyd’s market."
