Contreras joins the captive consulting and management firm from Aon, where she was an account executive for two years, based in Burlington, Vermont. She spent more than 13 years before that at Pro Group Management in Carson City, Nevada, as chief captive accountant, overseeing the risk retention groups managed by Pro Group Captive Management Services and managing captives ranging from pure captives to risk retention groups. Align Risk Solutions provides consulting, formation and management services for captive insurance companies, covering risk consulting and insurance programme analysis, the development of alternative risk solutions, captive design and formation, licensing and regulatory compliance, and ongoing management of captive programmes. The firm operates from offices in Nashville, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Wilmington.
