McCall appointed US group captive practice leader at Lockton

Aimee McCall is appointed US group captive practice leader at Lockton. McCall will lead the broker’s relationships with major group captive providers, working with account teams across the organisation to match clients and prospects with captive solutions. McCall joined Lockton in January 2025 as a risk manager, based in Denver, Colorado, and brings more than 20 years of experience across risk management, brokerage and the insurance carrier side. McCall has worked with clients in industries including transportation, construction, technology and retail services. Before joining Lockton, McCall spent eight years as vice president of risk control at Captive Resources, a captive insurance administrator, followed by roles as director of risk and claims at 5F-Superhighway Platform and as client advisor at Woodruff Sawyer. McCall has previously led multiple captive engagements, provided training and resources to associates, and facilitated committee sessions and board of directors meetings for C-suite executives and business owners. Ashleigh Sears, head of alternative risk and North America practice leader at Lockton, says: “As more clients explore captive solutions as part of their risk management strategies, Aimee’s expertise will help us better support their evolving needs.”
