True Captive Insurance appoints Casey Masters as senior vice president of customer operations. Masters brings leadership experience across insurance, risk management, operations and customer strategy, with a career focus on team building, process improvement and customer experience. Masters joins from Companion Protect, where the most recent role was president and chief operating officer, having previously served as chief executive officer of the same firm. Earlier roles include managing partner at Quinn Capital and chief executive officer of LUNOS, a programme administrator for insurance and warranty programmes covering portable electronic devices. Masters also holds a board adviser role at Hesper AI. True Captive provides a group medical captive model giving small and medium-sized businesses access to self-funded employee health plans.
