Lockton extends SAGE intelligence platform across wider business

Lockton extends its SAGE enterprise intelligence platform across the wider business, having first introduced the platform within reinsurance broking arm Lockton Re. Capabilities now span risk solutions, people solutions and reinsurance. The platform brings together the broker's proprietary data, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities in a single environment. Lockton SAGE connects policies, quotes, claims and exposures, applying AI-enabled analytics alongside adviser input to identify patterns, anticipate emerging risks and produce recommendations for clients. Functions include automated data capture in place of manual information gathering, analytics extending across client exposures beyond standard benchmarking, visibility of the financial trade-offs of a given programme structure before decisions are finalised, and continuous analysis of products, segments and carriers. Ron Lockton, chairman and chief executive officer of Lockton, says: “Our data, technology, and expertise were built together over time, not bolted on through acquisition, so they work as one, and we built Lockton SAGE to make our advisers better; giving them the insight to deliver a smarter, more personal way for clients to navigate risk and reach stronger outcomes.” Claude Yoder chief data, analytics and digital officer at Lockton, adds: “The market is full of tools, but clients need the right intelligence, connected, contextual, and built around how they actually make decisions. Lockton SAGE is our commitment to delivering exactly that.”
