Davies appoints Frank Huang as CEO of insurance solutions North America. Huang takes the leadership role from within the firm, having served as managing principal and head of property and casualty actuarial since July 2022. He joined Davies in October 2018 as senior consultant and practice leader for the professional employer organisation and staffing practice, before becoming principal and practice leader in December 2021. Prior to joining Davies, Huang served as chief actuary at ADP TotalSource from August 2016 to October 2018. He held the position of special projects manager at AIG from November 2014 to August 2016, and worked as a consultant at Oliver Wyman for more than 11 years from August 2003. His areas of focus include workers’ compensation, professional employer organisations, predictive analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and expert testimony. Davies is a specialist professional services and technology firm delivering insurance and risk solutions to clients worldwide, with services spanning claims, underwriting, distribution, regulation, customer experience, human capital, digital transformation and change management. Its North America team supports insurers, carriers, public entities and private self-insured employers across the risk lifecycle.
