Risk Management Advisors (RMA) promotes Matthew Anderson to executive vice president, captive management, effective July 2026. Anderson joined RMA in 2018 as a senior captive manager, and was appointed vice president, captive management in 2023 and senior vice president, captive management in 2024. Across almost eight years with the firm he has contributed to the design of its captive management structure and to the oversight of its insurance entities. Before joining RMA, Anderson spent six years at Artex Risk Solutions, latterly as director of public entity strategies and previously as a senior captive manager overseeing the financial transactions of more than 30 private captive insurance companies. He began his career in accounting and controller roles. Risk Management Advisors is a national firm specialising in the design, implementation and management of captive insurance companies.
