Risk Management Advisors (RMA) promotes Austin Griffith to executive vice president, captive management, effective July 2026. Griffith joined RMA in 2019 as a senior captive manager, and was appointed vice president, captive management in 2023 and senior vice president, captive management in 2024. Across more than seven years with the firm he has contributed to new business acquisition and to the recruitment, training and development of colleagues. Before joining RMA, Griffith spent four years as a senior captive manager at Artex Risk Solutions, where he managed 831(b) and 831(a) captives and medical stop-loss captives. He began his career in tax and accounting roles at firms including Grant Thornton and KPMG.
