The firm uses Visual Audit software, developed specifically for premium auditing, to schedule and complete audits, with each audit reviewed by a partner as a final quality control step before it is transmitted. The arrangement extends Crest's audit services to MSO member companies and the wider insurance industry on a nationwide basis.
