Dirr joined RMA in 2019 as an account manager and was appointed senior captive manager in 2022, a role she held until the promotion. Before joining RMA, Dirr held accounting roles across the insurance, manufacturing and publicly traded sectors, including senior accountant positions at Dellner and Omnicare.
