North American Risk Services promotes Elaina Denhardt to operations VP

North American Risk Services (NARS), a provider of claims administration and risk management solutions, promotes Elaina Denhardt to vice president of operations. Denhardt, previously assistant vice president of client relations, now oversees the company's claims operations. Denhardt succeeds Darlene Stevens, who retired in March. Denhardt joined NARS in 2013 in the quality assurance department before moving into account management and leadership roles. Robert Ruryk, chief executive officer of North American Risk Services, says the breadth of Denhardt's background suits the role. “Elaina's experience across quality assurance, client relations, and operations gives her a unique perspective on our business and our clients' needs,” Ruryk says. “She is a strong leader who has built lasting client relationships and consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. We are excited to see her step into this role.” Denhardt has worked to strengthen client partnerships and improve communication between clients and operational teams during her tenure. “I'm honoured to take on this new role and continue growing with NARS,” Denhardt says. “Having worked closely with our clients and operations teams for many years, I look forward to continuing to support our employees, strengthen our partnerships, and drive operational success across the organisation.” As part of the transition, Cedar McCredie steps into the role of director of client relations.
