The Arizona Captive Insurance Association (AzCIA) opens its call for presenters for the 2026 AzCIA Symposium, which takes place on 22 October 2026 at Gainey Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. The association is seeking speakers and panellists to offer practical knowledge and fresh perspectives on current captive insurance topics. The event coincides with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (AZDIFI) marking 25 years of captive insurance in the state. AzCIA says preferred consideration will be given to panels that include at least one captive owner, proposals submitted by AzCIA members, emerging and timely topics impacting the captive industry, and discussions on how Arizona captives can support Mexico and Latin America risks. The proposal deadline is 30 June 2026. The full-day symposium is designed to deepen understanding of the current captive landscape and strengthen relationships between captive owners, regulators, peers and service providers. The programme features Arizona domicile captive updates, panel sessions from industry experts, and the opportunity for attendees to meet Arizona regulators and schedule one-on-one meetings with the AZDIFI chief captive analyst. Continuing legal education (CLE) and continuing professional education (CPE) credits are offered. Registration is open, with early-bird rates for captive owners and AzCIA members. Those wishing to present can submit a proposal at the AzCIA call for presenters form.
