Powell’s tenure with Aon began in 2011 as an account manager. In this role, she managed all aspects of captive insurance company operations, including financial planning, reporting, and daily operational management activities. Her responsibilities also included continuous liaison with service providers and ensuring clients remained in compliance with local regulatory guidelines and procedures. Before entering the insurance industry, Powell completed a human resources internship at HSBC. Powell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.
