Risk Management Advisors (RMA) has appointed Kastriot Bisheva and Sherry Ricker to its team, strengthening the firm’s captive operations and advisory capabilities. The new hires bring a combined background across the captive industry, supporting financial and regulatory responsibilities, captive operations and the day-to-day coordination of captive programmes. Bisheva joins the firm from Amynta Group, where he served as manager II and accountant for nearly seven years. In this role, he managed financial operations and accounting for various insurance entities. Ricker joins RMA with extensive experience in the captive and global risk space. Most recently, she served as an account executive at Hylant Global Captive Solutions. Prior to this, Ricker spent more than seven years at Advantage Insurance Management (USA) LLC as vice president and senior client service manager. Her career also includes senior roles at Willis and ServiceMaster.
