DICEUS appoints Haddad as regional manager for Middle East and South Africa

Insurance software provider DICEUS appoints Diana Haddad as regional manager for the Middle East and South Africa. Based in Dubai, Haddad is responsible for driving growth and strategic business development across the two regions. She joins the firm from Mensa Investments Corporation (DIFC) Ltd, where she served as strategic development manager. Haddad brings a background in risk management and finance to the role, having previously held positions at Skybound Wealth Management and Forte Securities Limited. Her appointment comes as DICEUS continues to expand its global footprint, with a particular focus on technology products tailored for carriers and captives. Haddad specialises in the delivery of flagship solutions including AI-powered underwriting workbenches, modular policy administration systems (PAS), and dedicated data warehouses (DWH) for insurance analytics. The firm’s offerings for the captive market are designed to move organisations away from manual spreadsheet-based processes by providing API-ready, scalable platforms. These tools enable captives to automate workflows, manage multi-entity structures, and handle complex billing and claims with a faster time-to-market. Founded in 2011, DICEUS is a product-led company that partners with global insurers and brokers such as UNIQA, VIG, Fairfax Group, and WTW. As an official partner of Microsoft, Google Cloud, Oracle, and Fadata, the firm also provides cloud transformation and system modernisation services across the insurance and fintech sectors.
