The Florida and Massachusetts branches unite to form the US/Caribbean audit arm, led by managing director Andrew Heath, while the Canadian audit arm is led by managing director Clive Heath. The firm's newly formed international arm extends audit capabilities across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond, led by managing director Ameet Kaushal, giving clients access to auditing services in regions where these capabilities were not available before, including the UK. Under the new structure, all audit divisions now sit within the audit solutions team, led by Susan Arsenault, head of audit solutions at Davies. The restructure provides clients with a sole point of contact, regardless of their geographic footprint, and enhances consistency while expanding geographical service provision through experienced auditors who understand local regulatory and cultural nuances.
