AIG appoints Alan Rodriguez as multinational zonal lead for the US Midwest, effective February 2026. In this important role, Rodriguez represents AIG as the central point for multinational client and programme management across the region. He is responsible for managing the US Midwest multinational team and an assigned portfolio of clients. Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to the role, with a focus on multinational insurance, risk transfer structures and captive programmes. He previously served as regional multinational client executive and global fronting underwriter for Latin America and the Caribbean at AIG, a position he held since June 2023. His career at AIG also includes serving as head of multinational for Mexico and as a senior multinational risk practitioner. Prior to joining AIG in 2020, Rodriguez held various leadership positions, including operations subdirector at Inter and client service coordinator at Grupo Ordás.
