Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) appoints Cyrille Arnoux as chief transformation and finance officer and Christian Keller as director of network and partnership. The appointments mark an important step in strengthening collaboration across GEB’s finance, operations and commercial teams. The new leadership structure is designed to support a more consistent end-to-end approach to the organisation's transformation journey. Arnoux joins the firm with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and finance sectors. He most recently served as general manager for Europ Assistance North America, a role he held since November 2023. His previous experience includes a tenure as secrétaire général at Europ Assistance France and nearly eight years at AXA Partners, where he held several senior roles including underwriting, product and strategic planning director. In his new capacity, Arnoux plays a key role in connecting finance and operations with commercial teams to drive long-term, sustainable impact. Christian Keller, who has been with GEB for more than eight years, transitions from his previous role as chief strategy and transformation officer. During his time with the firm, Keller has also served as head of marketing and customer experience and regional manager for EMEA – Central Europe. In his new role, Keller focuses on strengthening collaboration with GEB’s global partner network of 136 insurance partners across 127 countries. His remit includes building an integrated value proposition aligned with strategic priorities and enhancing delivery consistency across markets.
