In his new role, Driscoll is responsible for developing and implementing a business plan for the existing captive. Upon approval from management and regulators, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle. Driscoll joins Rocket Companies from Alliant Insurance Services, where he served as a sales consultant for over a year. During his tenure, he held the position of director of risk financing and captive operations, where he directed all aspects of the risk financing function and managed tower programmes with limits up to US$600 million. His experience also includes the management of a start-up captive insurance company for the organisation that began operations in 2015. Earlier in his career, Driscoll served as director of risk financing and insurance programmes at Excellus Blue Cross, where he oversaw a Cayman Islands captive insurance subsidiary. He has also held senior risk management roles at Hartford Financial Services Group and The Schumacher Group.
