Andressa Maia Salgado steps into the role of senior insurance manager at Aon, focusing on captives and insurance-linked securities (ILS). Salgado’s remit includes supporting the firm’s Bermuda team, where she will collaborate across global markets to develop risk solutions. Salgado has been with Aon for more than seven years, previously serving as a captive insurance manager within the risk and global consulting team. Prior to joining Aon in 2018, she spent nearly six years at The Argus Group, holding roles including MIS and reinsurance supervisor and underwriter system specialist. She also previously worked as a property and casualty underwriter for The Argus Group in Bermuda. Commenting on the promotion via LinkedIn, Salgado says: “I am excited to continue growing alongside my clients and colleagues at Aon Gibraltar, while also expanding my journey with Aon Bermuda. “This new chapter gives me the opportunity to actively support the Bermuda team, collaborate across global markets, and help shape innovative solutions in a dynamic and ever evolving space.”
