Hafner Joins DOXA as Senior Account Executive, Captive Management

Scott Hafner joins DOXA as Senior Account Executive, Captive Management, a role he begins within the Caitlin Morgan division of the specialty insurance platform. Hafner announces the move via social media, expressing enthusiasm for the new chapter. He states: “I am very excited to announce that I have accepted a Senior Account Executive - Captive Management position with DOXA. I look forward to starting this new chapter and hitting the ground running with Dustin Partlow and team!” DOXA is an award-winning specialty insurance platform that acquires and develops niche-market insurance programme administrators, underwriting companies, and distribution partners. In his new role, Hafner focuses on captive management and believes the partnership with DOXA will lead to success in the coming months and years. Hafner arrives from Luzern Risk, where he served as a Senior Accountant for six months, managing the day-to-day accounting and regulatory compliance for a portfolio of captive insurance companies. He brings deep captive accounting and regulatory experience, having previously served as a Senior Account Manager at WTW for over two years, and prior to that, as an AVP/Account Manager at Marsh Captive Solutions for three and a half years. In both roles, he managed the day-to-day accounting and regulatory needs for captive insurance portfolios. Hafner begins his career in the sector as an Audit Staff member at Crowe, where he specialised in captive insurance and healthcare entities. He is a graduate of Champlain College, where he double majored in Accounting and Finance.
