Rachel Cai, Director, will lead the new Taiwan office. The strategic move reflects the firm’s growing footprint in the region, which is driven by an increase in claims activity in Taiwan. Cai brings extensive regional expertise to her leadership, having held key positions in MDD’s Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong locations since joining the organisation in 2008. Her experience in quantifying economic damages and managing complex claims has been instrumental in supporting major loss events and catastrophe responses throughout Taiwan.
