Alliant Insurance Services expands Employee Benefits team with industry veteran Ellison

Alliant Insurance Services expands its Employee Benefits Group with the addition of Jason Ellison as Senior Vice President. Ellison joins the firm as a Nashville-based consultant, serving a national client base and providing strategic guidance across all aspects of employee benefits and total rewards programmes. Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits, states, “Jason is a proven leader who combines strategy, analytics, and innovation to deliver meaningful results for employers. He brings a thoughtful, forward-looking perspective to every engagement and a strong commitment to partnership and performance. Jason’s exceptional depth of experience will bring outstanding value to clients as they continue to navigate today’s complex benefits environment.” An industry veteran of 27 years, Ellison has held leadership positions with several of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms. Most recently, he led the employee benefits consulting practice for a large national healthcare division, where he worked with major employers across a wide range of industries. Ellison's diverse experience spans self-funded programme optimisation, population health management, healthcare navigation, network optimisation, compliance, acquisition due diligence, multiple employer arrangements, and data-driven clinical cost management strategies. He has also worked extensively with some of the nation’s largest hospitals and health systems, helping to advance direct-to-employer initiatives, clinical bundle execution, and clinically integrated network solutions. Ellison holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Texas Christian University.
