The bill proposes various changes to North Carolina's captive legislation, including a two-year extension of the premium tax holiday for captives that redomesticate in the state.
The state currently hosts 311 captive entities, up from 294 in 2022, with Utah holding 439 and Vermont licensing 659.
The event will take place from 28 April to 1 May at the Renaissance Asheville Downtown, with the participation of more than 30 speakers.
