Insurance broker AssuredPartners (AP) has acquired Florida-based firm Italiano Insurance Services (IIS).
The team will remain under the operational leadership of Jeffrey Italiano and Nelson Italiano and will join the AP’s Southeast Region, which is headed by Jack Suber, regional president.
