Prior to the move, Griffith held the roles of captive executive, captive consultant, and business development coordinator at Innovative Captive Strategies.
His career also includes time as a strategic advisor and marketing operations specialist at Businessolver, in addition to an MPCI underwriter at Rain and Hail Insurance.
This move comes as Crumdale Specialty, a diversified insurance firm, continues to grow its
offerings of self-funded healthcare solutions for brokers, consultants, and agents.
According to a post from Griffith, captives are “emerging as a powerful solution” for employers seeking transparency and stability as healthcare costs rise.
Griffith’s new role focuses on leading strategic growth initiatives by helping businesses take
control of their risk management through innovative captive solutions — collaborating with
brokers, consultants, and clients — to identify opportunities in which captive structures can provide long-term value, financial efficiency, and tailored risk strategies.
His focus is on consultative selling and relationship-building, aiming to educate stakeholders, align solutions with business goals, and drive revenue growth.
In his statement, Griffith expressed gratitude for his time at Innovative Captive Strategies, saying he is “excited to be part of a team that’s focused on growing the captive market the right way with the right broker partners and clients”.
He added that he looks forward to the “next chapter—Here’s to new challenges, continued growth, and meaningful impact”.
