Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has onboarded Ralph Goldener as managing director of its Switzerland office.
Goldener brings more than 25 years of industry experience, having begun his career managing financial reinsurance portfolios before moving into alternative risk financing transactions in the early 2000s.
He later joined Zurich Insurance Company, where he served as head of Captive Management, Fronting & Consulting.
Most recently, Goldener led a team at Aon Insurance Managers, providing captive management services and consulting on risk finance strategies, reinsurance, and operational matters.
