Oscar Holloway has been selected as managing director, M&A, for The Clear Group.
Holloway will be responsible for leading The Clear Group’s M&A strategy and brings a wealth of senior leadership experience to the role. He joins the company for Miller Insurance Services, where he served as the head of Europe, and notably acted as senior vice president at Marsh.
Holloway’s selection comes after the company carried out a series of acquisitions to broaden its capabilities and global footprint in key UK, Irish, and EU markets.
