Marsh has appointed Will Thomas-Ferrand, international practice leader at Marsh Captive Solutions, to lead its captive insurance business, effective from 1 January, 2025.
He will replace Ellen Charnley, president of Marsh Captive Solutions, who will retire at the end of 2024. Thomas-Ferrand will report to Pat Donnelly, president of Marsh Specialty and Global Placement.
Working at Marsh for more than 20 years, Thomas-Ferrand has held different senior and leadership roles within Marsh Captive Solutions. Prior to his current role, he led Marsh’s captive business in Malta and previously worked with US clients in Bermuda.
