Guy Carpenter onboards Legg as Managing Director for Canadian broking team
Guy Carpenter has enlisted Heather Legg as managing director for the Canadian broking team, based in Toronto.
Legg joins the firm from Validus Reinsurance, where she worked for five years, most recently as chief agent for the Canadian branch. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Aon for over 18 years.
Commenting on the appointment, the company states: “Heather’s extensive experience in reinsurance underwriting and reinsurance broking, coupled with her recent leadership responsibilities, adds depth to our management group while enhancing the value Guy Carpenter delivers to our clients.”
