Blackwell Captive Solutions has named Ashley Sheble as national vice president of sales, based in Texas.
Sheble brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry to Blackwell, having most recently served as regional sales director at Luminare Health. Prior to that, she was regional vice president of sales at Collective Health.
