Chubb announces three executive appointments

Chubb Group has advanced its financial operations with the promotions of George Ohsiek, Annmarie Hagan, and Mong-Diep Le.

Ohsiek will transition from his current role as EVP and chief auditor at Chubb to chief accounting officer.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the company's corporate and regulatory accounting matters; managerial and external financial reporting; group-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A); and statutory and GAAP accounting policy.

Ohsiek will succeed Hagan, who will become chief financial officer of operations and technology, and transformation.

Hagan will manage all FP&A activities for the company's technology and operations organisations in her new role. In addition, she will also manage controllership of technology-related assets and compliance functions, as well as ESG-related financial reporting for the company.

Meanwhile, Ohsiek’s role will be filled by Le, who is currently EVP of global controller at Chubb. In her new role as chief auditor, Le will be responsible for all Chubb internal audit functions worldwide, including control processes and key risk assessments.

The three appointments will take effect from 4 September 2024, and will report to Peter Enns, EVP and chief financial officer at Chubb Group. Hagan will also report to Julie Dillman, EPV, senior executive of operations and technology, and digital transformation officer. Le will also report to the Chubb Limited Audit Committee.

Enns comments: "The strength of Chubb's finance organisation is evident in the three seasoned executives who are stepping into new roles.

“Together, George, Annmarie, and Dee have four decades of experience with Chubb, along with the skills and expertise they brought to the company when they first joined. With their deep knowledge of Chubb and expertise in corporate finance and accounting, they are eminently qualified to lead their respective new teams."
