Giles appointed Chief Growth Officer at Skyward Accident and Health
Skyward Accident and Health has welcomed Phillip Giles as chief growth officer.
Giles will oversee the company's growth and expansion initiatives, as well as the formation and development of group and single-parent stop-loss captives.
Previously, Giles was a co-founder of MSL Captive Solutions and served as managing director since its formation in February 2020.
Prior to that, he worked as vice president in sales and marketing at QBE North America, and as division vice president in marketing at Artex Risk Solutions.
He specialises in medical stop-loss and stop-loss captives, as well as alternative risk transfer and self-insurance for accident and health and casualty lines of coverage.
