WTW has appointed Tia Wilson as deputy regional leader and global client advocate within Corporate Risk and Broking, North America.
In her new role, Wilson will be responsible for the Greater Philadelphia area, accelerating profitable growth, and working alongside the Industry Vertical divisions. She will be involved with hiring, colleague and client retention, recruiting, and talent development, as well as leading relationships for WTW’s F1000 clients.
Prior to joining WTW, Wilson worked at Aon, most recently serving as senior managing director at Reinsurance Solutions. She started her broking career in property insurance, specialising in large energy, real estate, and retail property placements.
