Specialist (re)insurance BMS Group has hired Ali Trauttmansdorff as group chief people officer.
Based in London, Trauttmansdorff will report to Nick Cook, BMS Group CEO, and join BMS’s executive committee.
In her new role, she will focus on supporting the group’s M&A projects by ensuring that BMS has robust onboarding, integration and talent management processes as it brings new colleagues into the business.
Furthermore, Trauttmansdorff will lead the attraction and development of new talent, enhance wellbeing and reward strategies, and focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
She previously worked as a vice chair at the City HR Association and an advisory board member at TLC Lions.
