Sophia Torielli has been named chief operating officer (COO) at ClearPoint Health, a South Carolina-based medical stop-loss captive platform.
In the new role, Torielli will oversee operational efficiency, process optimisation, and team leadership, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative alternative funding solutions.
With over two decades of experience in healthcare consulting and operational strategy, she has expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and innovative solutions.
Previously, Torielli served as area president at Gallagher, where she managed a multi-million dollar budget and led cross-functional teams. Prior to that, she worked as director at H&B Brokerage & Advisory, WTW, and served as senior vice president and managing consultant at USI Insurance Services.
