John Symms was appointed as group head of capital solutions at White Bear MGA and Blenheim Underwriting.
He will be responsible for sourcing and developing (re)insurance support for White Bear’s MGA lines, as well as coordinating reinsurance at Blenheim.
Prior to his new role at White Bear Group, Symms was head of Outwards Reinsurance at Fidelis MGU. He has previously worked at English and American Insurance Company, Reliance National, and Talbot Underwriting.
