Marsh’s MGU Victor has appointed Tim McDougald as president of its US specialty underwriting business.
In this role, McDougald will be responsible for the overall growth, innovation and talent development of Victor US.
Based in Boston, he will report to Victor CEO Charles Williamson.
McDougald brings leadership and insurance experience spanning 34 years at Marsh, where he served in various leadership roles in both New York and Boston.
Previously, he led Marsh's New England Operations for eight years.
