Cyber insurance provider Cowbell has named Sahar Sabouni as chief people officer, and Dan Palardy as chief actuary.
Sabouni joined Cowbell in 2021 as the company’s head of employee success.
She was responsible for the company’s end-to-end people operations, culture and employee development topics.
Prior to Cowbell, Sabouni was the vice president of people and business operations at Nexxiot.
Palardy joined Cowbell in 2022 to lead the actuarial and catastrophe modelling team.
He has 13 years of experience spanning actuarial, underwriting and various other insurance and reinsurance analytics roles.
Prior to this, Palardy served as senior pricing actuary at Axis Capital, where he specialised in cyber and professional lines reinsurance pricing.
